Train Mountain Railroad Museum Privacy Policy

We do not distribute member or guest information to any person or organization with the following exceptions: 

1. We publish member information in the Train Mountain Review, a membership publication, but only information as permitted by the individual members.
   
   
2. The membership and guest information is stored in a database, password-protected, on an internet service provider's (ISP's) facilities.  We believe that information to be secure from public access and our agreement with the ISP specifies the ISP's access is limited to that necessary to provide the web hosting service.
   
   
3. We maintain an electronic mail (email) distribution list on an internet service provider's facilities.  Only members who indicate their willingness to participate have their e-mail addresses on the list.  Being on the list does not reveal the member's email address.  Only members on the list can send messages to the list.
   
   
4. It is possible that Train Mountain Railroad Museum will be ordered by a court with the appropriate jurisdiction to reveal information about members or guests.  We will comply with any such lawful orders.
