We are working on a more sophisticated online system for joining Train Mountain and signing up for Train Meets. This will take some time to get running. In the mean time, you may register for meets by either of the two methods described below.
Presently, we have two methods for Train Mountain meet registrations:
1. Download the Form and register the old fashion way. Please fill out the Form and mail the completed form with a check or money order to the address on the form. DO NOT SEND CASH.
2. Follow the steps below to register online.
You may now register online by submitting your meet registration payment through Pay Pal.
Step 1:
Download the 2013 Train Mountain Meet Registration Form.
Step 2:
Fill out the Meet Registration Form, and a Release Form if you haven't already done so.
Step 3:
Check the appropriate box or boxes on the form.
Step 4: Total up the costs for the options you have chosen and enter in the appropriate boxes. You will need the
amount from the TOTAL AMOUNT ENCLOSED box for Step 7 below.
Step 5: Scan the Forms and email them to info@tmrr.org, or FAX copies to 541-783-2013.
Step 6: Click on the Buy Now button which will take you to Pay Pal. ( Note: there is a box on this button above Buy Now that you can fill in, but it does nothing so don't bother.)
Step 7:
Enter the amount from the TOTAL AMOUNT ENCLOSED Box on the Meet Registration Form into the Pay Pal Amount box.
Step 8: Very Important! You must click on "update" for the amount to appear on the invoice.
Step 9:
Proceed with checkout through Pay Pal, where you can pay for your Registration with a Credit Card or a Pay Pal account.
